Shipping & Delivery
We use UPS, FEDEX, and USPS for shipping all products. Shipping carrier may vary depending on order purchased. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery on all shipments made through ground shipping. Purchases made usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Priority shipping is not available to all areas. To check for availability for priority shipping, please call customer service. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please check with our customer service department by email to enquire about other options of shipping. If items delivered are damaged in shipping please contact our customer service within 48 hours to file a damage report.

Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. All information transmitted via our website, including but not limited to your name, email, and address will be for our own internal use only. All credit card information is passed securely via SSL connection. Your privacy is totally respected and protected.

All purchases made through our online store carry a 30 Day Return Policy.

We appreciate your purchase with us and realize your need to physically see the merchandise you purchase. If at any time you have any questions regarding your purchase, simply call or e-mail our customer service for assistance. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, a replacement will be sent out to you at no additional charge. You may return your item within the 30 day allotted time period for a refund less the cost of shipping. Items purchased cannot not be returned after the return policy period of 30 days has elapsed. Any mechanically defective items may only be replaced with the same model. All returns made after the expiration of the return policy will be refused. Please e-mail customer service for a return authorization number and for return shipping address. Shipping fees are non-refundable on returns. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds. If you find your item is damaged in shipping we will replace your item at no cost to you.

For proper return please include the following:

  • All original packaging and materials.
  • Name of purchaser.
  • RMA# (return merchandise authorization number)
  • Restocking fees of up to 20% may apply to items that are NOT returned in Original or “NEW” condition.
  • This includes Cables, Manuals, Warranty Card and Original Packaging.
  • Email or contact customer support by phone with tracking information.

Repairs and cost estimate
LPI assures you that it will do all it can to repair or replace your SwissKubiK winder as quickly as possible. If the defects observed are due to causes not covered by the warranty, an estimate concerning the cost of repairs will be provided as soon as possible.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
Validity of the Warranty

Your SwissKubiK watch winder is guaranteed for 3 years against any manufacturing defect, this warranty starts from the date of purchase. Your SwissKubiK watch winder Guarantee is only valid on presentation of proof of purchase or a valid receipt.
Restrictions concerning the warranty: Damage resulting from the product’s normal wear, such as scratches, stains, cuts, altered colors, etc. is not covered by the warranty. Damage resulting from improper or inappropriate use of the product, such as incorrect battery polarity, non-compliant batteries, mistreatment of the winder, shocks, breakage, etc. is not covered by the warranty. Damage resulting from use of the winder in an unsuitable environment, such as places with excessive moisture, places exposed to water, vibrations, sources of excessive heat, etc. is not covered by the warranty.
